John D Smith has been a Memphis resident since the age of six (long enough to consider himself native), and is a graduate of The University of Memphis (2005) and the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law (2010). Prior to attending law school, John was a licensed Realtor© from 1999 – 2005.

John is licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi, and is a member of the Memphis Bar Association and the Mississippi Bar Association.
